LoanQuest™ WebConsumer is designed to support our Clients’ retail Internet lending channel. It is flexible enough to be integrated into a customer’s existing Web site or set up as a new Web site. Either way, WebConsumer can be branded using your logo and the look and feel your customers will recognize.

WebConsumer offers borrowers 24/7 access to apply for a mortgage loan, acting as a “virtual” loan officer that a potential borrower can access at their convenience. Borrowers will know what types of loans are offered, what to do next and what to expect from the process. In addition, the borrower will know what they qualify for, if they should consider refinancing, consolidating their debts, or just get an estimate of their credit quality. The borrower can access a wide variety of detailed mortgage calculators to determine their qualification amount and when they are ready, submit their results.

The system is designed to be a front-end data capture vehicle for the LoanQuest Residential Lending System and has a built-in save mechanism that allows borrowers to stop and save their application, and return to it later. Once the initial application is submitted, the borrower can check the status of their loan throughout the process, reducing the number of calls handled by your processing center.
