Craig Bechtle serves as Chief Operating Officer at MortgageFlex Systems. He is responsible for overseeing daily operations and the management of strategic product and business development efforts.
Bechtle joined MortgageFlex in 1999 as Vice President, Product Management and was responsible for the management and development of the LoanQuest product line.
A seasoned technology executive, Bechtle possesses over two decades of management, technical product and services experience and project management expertise. He has held Director and Vice President positions at Fiserv and PNC Mortgage.
His experience in the financial services industry spans lending software development, testing, training, sales and implementation.
Bechtle is active in the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and with Freddie Mac, having served on the MBA’s Retail Origination and Cultural Diversity Committees. He is currently a member of the MBA Technology Forum and the Freddie Mac Vendor Advisory Technology Board.
As a respected industry leader, Bechtle’s commentary has been published in leading mortgage industry publications, Mortgage Banking Magazine, Inside Mortgage Technology, MBA NewsLink, National Mortgage News, and Real Estate Technology News. He also participates on national mortgage conference panels and industry-related events regularly.
Bechtle received a Bachelor of Science degree from Elmhurst College.
In his spare time, in addition to his family, Craig has a passion for bicycles, motorcycles and old cars. Craig has recently been spending a lot of time pursuing more speed on gravel grinder rides.
